We live in Orlando and use this townhouse on the weekends (half way between the jetty where the cruise boats go to sea and the Cocoa Beach Pier); however, we do rent it out occasionally. This is our weekend home. Sometimes we don't use it and rent it out. It is fully equipped for living. It is 3 stories with a bathroom and TV on each floor, kitchen and dining room on the second.
